LeAnn Boesch

LeAnn has twenty years of experience working in the Defense, Healthcare and Professional Sports Industries. She began her career working as an Account Executive and Director of Game Day Operations for the Los Angeles Dodgers Single A baseball team and for the 2004 Stanley Cup Champions, the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team. After receiving her Master’s Degree from the United States Sports Academy, she worked for the Andrews Institute of Sports Medicine as a Physician Liaison and assisted in the treatment of hundreds of patients in physical rehabilitation. She has spent much of her career developing unique and customized human performance solutions for active military members. LeAnn co-founded a fund that supported Special Operations personnel in their pursuit to remain on active duty after injury. She personally coordinated care for more than 2500 service members. In 2019, LeAnn and her husband Dave founded Rogers Rangers LLC, a tactical, mobility and full mission profile training company for Special Operations, Intelligence and Law Enforcement professionals. She has collaborated with multiple foundations with a focus on improving the lives, health and well being of our active military, Veterans, law enforcement and first responders. In 2021, LeAnn was recognized and awarded the Order of Saint Maurice –Civis from the National Infantry Association for her non-profit work. The Order of Saint Maurice is given to Soldiers and Civilians who have served the infantry community with distinction, made a significant contribution in support of the infantry, and represent the highest standards of integrity, moral character, professional competence, and dedication to duty.Most recently, LeAnn worked with Vitanya to successfully deploy tele-health delivery of brain performance and mental resilience services to the Department of Justice, Department of Defense and law enforcement agencies across the country.
