What We Do

Restoring the Whole Person

Strength is built on the body and the mind — one cannot stand without the other. We provide programs that restore mental resilience, performance, and sleep to the veterans, service members, and first responders that serve us.

What We Fund

Three pillars of whole-person resilience

Victory Heights pays for those who serve to go through long-form brain-performance and mental-resilience programs — and supports the people around them while they do the work.

6-Month Resilience Programs

The core of what we fund. A structured, one-on-one brain-performance program — usually six months long, with a personal coach the whole way. It works on sleep, focus, and how the nervous system handles stress — the things that don't switch off when the uniform comes off.

Coming Soon

Resilience Retreats

Time away, in the company of people who have carried the same weight. The retreats are where brotherhood and peer support get built — connection that outlasts the deployment and keeps going long after everyone heads home.

02

Family Resilience

Because they serve, too. When sleep returns and the fuse gets longer, the whole household feels it — so spouses and children are part of the picture, not an afterthought.

What a Vitanya Program Does

A Victory Heights sponsored Vitanya program is a brain-performance and mental-resilience course — usually six months long — delivered one-on-one with a dedicated coach and done remotely, around a working life.

The work targets what people who serve actually carry: broken sleep, a nervous system locked in fight-or-flight, difficulty focusing, and a short fuse.

It is months of steady work — bringing veterans and first responders down out of the elevated, high-stress state the job demanded of them, and back to a brain built for daily life. Participants commonly describe sleeping through the night again, thinking more clearly, and being present with their families.

Victory Heights covers the full cost of the program for those who serve. Programs are brain-performance training and are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

SleepFalling asleep, staying asleep, and waking rested.
FocusClearer thinking and sustained attention.
StressA nervous system that settles instead of staying redlined.
Quality of LifeMore patience at home, sharper performance at work, and the energy to be present for both.

Built Around Real Life

Coaching is one-on-one and delivered remotely, so a firefighter on shift work or a veteran holding down a job can do the work without moving their life around it.

Confidential By Default

What a participant works through stays between them and their coach. No chain of command, no employer, no file that follows them.

In Their Words

Stories of resilience

My clarity, width, and depth increased a couple of months into the program. Months five and six, my sleep deficit started to decrease. By month six, dealing with stress was getting much easier — I was a lot slower to anger, able to recognize it coming on and head it off. That is a great feeling!
